Spontaneous tonsillar haemorrhage: (two cases).

Abstract

The only cases of spontaneous tonsillar haemorrhage reported in the past have been associated with Infectious Mononucleosis. We report two cases in which Infectious Mononucleosis was not found as the cause of the haemorrhage.
