Abstract
A 3-year-old Bouvier de Flandres dog was admitted because of haemorrhagic diarrhoea, anorexia, weight loss and anaemia. Abdominal palpation revealed a palpable thickened large intestine. Contrast radiographic examination showed a thickened colon wall. At necropsy, an eosinophilic granulomatous colitis with ulceration and a rectal pseudopolyp were found. In addition, thrombo-endocarditis with acute infarction of heart and kidney was present.Entities:
