Abstract
We presented a case of neonatal appendicitis in a 22-day-old premature infant. The patient developed abdominal distension and perforation was suspected. The patient was transferred to the operating room with a diagnosis of peritonitis. Normal bowel loops were seen during surgery. Gangrenous appendicitis was seen.
