Abstract
CT-scan findings of the brain in two children with true histiocytic sarcoma are described as well as their changes during therapy. Clinical features and differential diagnosis on CT-scan examination are discussed. Follow-up CT-scan during therapy is of value as an indicator of the response to therapy and possibly the long term prognosis.Entities:
