Isodicentric X chromosome in a patient with myelodysplastic syndrome.

Abstract

We report a further case of isodicentric X chromosome in a 65-year-old patient with refractory anemia with excess blasts in leukemic transformation. The features of this are compared with other cases reported in the literature.
