Abstract
Three patients with acquired orbital fat herniation are presented. Each was felt to have a dehiscence in Tenon's capsule, allowing fat to spontaneously herniate forward. Orbital fat herniation may be confused with other lesions, such as dermolipomas. The clinical features and differential diagnosis of orbital fat prolapse are discussed.Entities:
