Abstract
Background: The first human case of COVID-19 was reported on 19 February 2020 in Iran, since then the number of infected cases has dramatically increased to about 1.800 million and about 62 000 deaths, also elderly people have accounted for the largest frequency of mortality. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the prevalence of Covid-19 RT-PCR positive among Iranian patients and to evaluate the most important clinical symptoms of identified patients based on age, gender, and their background diseases to be used as an aid for early diagnosis.Entities:
