Abstract
BACKGROUND: Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder and the foremost health concern among workers. We developed a new sleep prompt app (SPA) for smartphones to positively alter the users' consciousness and behavior by sending timely short messages for mild sleep problems at an early stage.Entities:
