Total upright large volume columnar myelography in pediatric scoliosis.

Abstract

A technique is described whereby large volume columnar myelography is accomplished utilizing diluted aqueous intrathecal contrast media. The problems of maneuvering the radiopaque contrast around scoliotic curves are easily overcome thereby facilitating an otherwise difficult examination.
