Abstract
Young's syndrome consists of azoospermia owing to bilateral epididymal obstruction in patients with chronic sinus and pulmonary infections. Azoospermia may be corrected by vasoepididymostomy in these patients but postoperative fertility rates are yet to be determined. Because the infertility of Young's syndrome potentially is remediable with vasoepididymostomy and because the syndrome is observed commonly by surgeons outside of this country, we report 2 cases to illustrate what may be a frequently unrecognized and potentially correctable cause of azoospermia.Entities:
