Abstract
We report a rare case of primary adenocarcinoma of the rete testis. The stage A lesion was managed successfully with orchiectomy and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. The histopathological features, treatment and prognosis of this unusual malignancy are reviewed.Entities:
