Abstract
An 18-month-old child with Kawasaki syndrome twice developed severe recurrence of symptoms when the acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin) dosage was decreased from 80 mg/kg/day. Care of the patient with Kawasaki disease should be directed toward control of symptoms as well as monitoring for cardiac involvement.Entities:
