Abstract
Tuberculosis of the external genitalia, which is rare, is usually secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis. Longstanding lupus vulgaris of the buttocks extending to the vulva and resulting in esthiomene is reported here. There was no evidence of tuberculosis of any other organ.Entities:
