Abstract
BACKGROUND: Exercise has been one of the key strategies for preventing frailty. While training programs for preventing frailty have been mainly developed in person, which have now become difficult to perform due to the coronavirus disease pandemic. It would be worthwhile to explore a feasibility of methods for a remote-based training with information and communications technology (ICT) in the pre-frail/robust older adults living at home.Entities:

Fig. 1Overview of ICT-based training system named “Moff-Trai”. When participants exercise, they wear the Moff-Trai band. Bluetooth connection was established between the Moff-Trai band and the mobile tablet. Test scores or exercise time are sent to the application and participants can check the report on the mobile tablet

Fig. 3Bland–Altman plot for the CS-30, TUG, and SOLEO tests. The solid red line parallel to the x-axis represents the mean difference between two measurements, whereas the two dotted red lines indicate the 95% confidence interval. The solid black lines represent the permissible range for criterion-related validation. A 30-s chair-stand test (CS-30). B Time Up and Go test (TUG). C Standing on one leg with eyes open (SOLEO).
