Abstract
Background: Neurochondrin autoimmunity is a rare disorder mainly associated with cerebellar and vestibular syndromes. Our report aims to enlarge its phenotypic spectrum to encompass major cognitive disorder with very late onset never before reported in conjunction with neurochondrin antibodies.Entities:
