Conjunctivorhinostomy. A study of 21 cases.

J N Nissen, T Sørensen.

Abstract

The results from 21 cases (in 19 patients) of conjunctivorhinostomy were evaluated. Twelve cases were successful. The operative technique and especially the need for meticulous post-operative care is discussed. A close post-operative follow-up is mandatory, since most of the failures were caused by loss of the Jones' tube.
