Abstract
BACKGROUND: Female genital cutting (FGC) is still among the most common harmful traditional practices, especially in Africa and Asia. Despite the existence of rich evidence on the prevalence of FGC, information about the primary target audiences' (girls') intention toward FGC is limited.
