Abstract
Purpose: This cohort study describes the differences in kidney cancer age-adjusted incidence and mortality rates between American Indians/Alaskan Natives (AI/ANs) and Whites in Oklahoma. Additionally, rates for the U.S. are updated to establish an epidemiological comparison between Oklahoma and the rest of the country. Materials andEntities:

Figure 1Joinpoint regression comparing AAIR between Oklahoma AI/ANs and Whites over time (rates per 100,000 population). ∗Indicates that the annual percentage change (APC) is significantly different from zero at the alpha = 0.05 level.
Figure 2Joinpoint regression comparing AAIR between United States AI/ANs and Whites over time (rates per 100,000 population). ∗Indicates that the annual percentage change (APC) is significantly different from zero at the alpha = 0.05 level.
Figure 3Joinpoint regression comparing AAMR between Oklahoma AI/ANs and Whites over time (rates per 100,000 population). ∗Indicates that the annual percentage change (APC) is significantly different from zero at the alpha = 0.05 level.
Figure 4Joinpoint regression comparing AAMR between United States AI/ANs and Whites over time (rates per 100,000 population). ∗Indicates that the annual percentage change (APC) is significantly different from zero at the alpha = 0.05 level.
