Abstract
A 40-year-old woman developed neuropathy and myelopathy with vitamin B12 deficiency without anemia. Motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities were moderately decreased. Sural nerve biopsy showed the coexistence of demyelination and axonal degeneration.Entities:
