Abstract
Background: Home oxygen therapy is well known to improve survival among patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). In Korea, home oxygen therapy has been reimbursed by national health care insurance since 2006. However, an adequate management strategy for home oxygen therapy is not yet established in Korea.
