Abstract
A case of pemphigus vulgaris confined to the oral cavity, larynx, and hypopharynx for two years with subsequent involvement of the entire esophagus is presented. Histopathology and direct immunofluorescence of the esophagus confirmed the diagnosis.Mesh:
