Abstract
A 68-year-old patient presents with chronic right-sided otorrhea associated with hypoacousis and chronic cough. Otoscopy showed multiple perforations of the right eardrum. The search of acid-fast bacilli was positive for direct examination of sputum and negative for the examination of ear pus. A antituberculosis treatment has been initiated.Entities:
