Abstract
Ruxolitinib, a Janus kinase inhibitor, is associated with severe withdrawal phenomena. Adequate tapering is often underemphasized in surgical emergencies and can complicate the postoperative course. We present a case of acute ruxolitinib withdrawal in a gentleman undergoing emergency cardiac surgery.Entities:
