Abstract
Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign tumor of major and minor salivary glands. It rarely originates from the nasal cavity. It is important to identify the symptoms and characteristics of the disease so that early diagnosis can be made and appropriate treatment can be offered as it has a risk of malignant transformation. We are reporting a case of a 22-year-old female with a long duration of unilateral nasal obstruction. Rigid nasoendoscopy showed a mass at the left nasal septum. Preoperative imaging was performed followed by endoscopic resection of the mass. The pathological diagnosis was pleomorphic adenoma. Post-operatively, appropriate examination with nasoendoscopy and long-term follow-up is essential to avoid local recurrence.Entities:
