Abstract
Objective: The primary objective was to determine the intraoperative and postoperative surgical complications of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) by retroperitoneal transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES). A concomitant radio-chemotherapy and subsequent chemotherapy were initially proposed, but in accordance with the patient’s frailty and wishes, we finally performed radiotherapy only.
