Abstract
The cyclotrimerization of commercial, aromatic diisocyanates allows for the formation of monolithic, microporous polymer networks with SBET surface areas up to 1300-1500 m2/g. The process has been up-scaled for production of 100 g batches. The monolithic materials show a promising potential for the removal of lipophilic components from aqueous mixtures.Entities:
