Abstract
This Viewpoint highlights the ability of molecular bottlebrushes to serve as highly tunable building blocks for creating nanostructured materials via molecular templating, solution aggregation, and melt self-assembly. Recent achievements in the synthesis of discrete nano-objects, micellar structures, and periodic nanomaterials from bottlebrush copolymers are emphasized, and future opportunities in this area of polymer science are briefly discussed.Entities:
