Abstract
Radioactive tuf mRNA was used to detect the tuf gene in bacterial DNA that had been digested by various restriction endonucleases. Both the K-12 and the B strains of Escherichia coli contain two tuf genes, but no more than two. Salmonella typhimurium also contains duplicate tuf genes.Entities:
