Abstract
Microvascular surgery has allowed creative primary reconstruction using undamaged parts of amputated limbs as donor sites. We present a case of lower extremity below-knee amputation salvage with a free flap of heel, calcaneus, and soft tissues from the amputated lower leg, ankle, and foot supplied by the posterior tibial neurovascular bundle.Entities:
