Abstract
Psammoma bodies were found in a cervicovaginal smear, presumably related to the patient's use of an intrauterine device. Colposcopy, endocervical and uterine curettage, and laparoscopy with pelvic washings ruled out other conditions that may be associated with psammoma bodies.Entities:
