Abstract
In this chapter, we summarize the relationship between circulating high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). HDL acts in many types of cells, such as endothelial cell, macrophage, T lymphocyte, etc. Recently, novel HDL-related therapies have been developed to treat ASCVD.Entities:
