Abstract
Objective: Radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy is the standard surgical treatment for early stage cervical cancer. One of the most common complications after this surgery is lower extremity lymphedema (LLL). Program of progressive resistance exercise training (PRET) is a possible way to prevent LLL for cervical cancer patients postoperatively. Before we start a randomized controlled trial to evaluate the preventive effect of PRET, we conducted this pilot study to assess the feasibility of PRET after cervical cancer surgery.Entities:
