Abstract
This case describes a patient presenting with significant crusting on his upper and lower extremities found to be Norweigan scabies, which led to a diagnosis of HIV and then AIDS. Norweigan scabies should be considered in the setting of an atypical dermatologic presentation that has failed multiple outpatient therapies.Entities:
