Health care marketing: lots of talk, any action?

Abstract

Although health care managers pay a great deal of attention to marketing, there appears to be limited substantive action. As more organizations successfully implement the marketing concept, other organizations will follow suit and marketing will become more prevalent throughout the health care industry.
