| Outcome | Symptoms |
|---|---|
| Excellent | No pain with prolonged period of sitting (>30 min), strenuous activity, bending, twisting, stairs, rapid walking, jogging. |
| Good | No pain with short periods of sitting (<30 min) or daily activities or mild pain with prolonged period of sitting or strenuous activity. |
| Fair | Occasional mild pain with short periods of sitting or normal daily activities or moderate pain with prolonged sitting or strenuous activity |
