The article “A Systematic Approach to Incision Planning and Graft Excision in Gender-affirming Vaginoplasty,” published as e4103 in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Global Open on February 15, 2022, was published with an error in the data. On page 2 in the Methods section, in the sentence, “In our experience, patients with DPS more than 8 cm tend to have insufficient penoscrotal skin flap surface area to reliably cover the area around the introitus,” this should be instead be “patients with DPS less than 8 cm….”

This how now been corrected on the website.
