Abstract
Background: Pharmacists and pharmacy assistants can support consumers by identifying minor ailments and providing evidence-based advice about treatment options. In the Netherlands, advice is based on national minor ailment guidelines and structured WWHAM questions (Who, What, How long, Action, Medication).Entities:
