Abstract
In this study, the exercise prescription intervention rehabilitation suggestions for fatty liver patients were summarized as follows: first, basic exercises (brisk walking and jogging.), sports (swimming, badminton, and cycling), traditional Chinese medicine exercises (Taichi boxing and eight-section brocade), the aim of which is to improve overall physical strength and endurance of the body; second, exercise intensity, duration, and frequency; third, exercise precautions; and fourth, exercise prescription selection and suggestion.Entities:
