Abstract
BACKGROUND: Taurine serves a variety of nutritional and physiological roles, and it is mostly transported in cells via taurine transporter (TauT). The effect of taurine transporter in cerebral cortex is still unknown. We employed TMT label-based proteomics to find differences in proteins in the cerebral cortex of TauT knockout rats in this investigation. The goal of this research was to see how TauT deletion affected protein alterations in brain tissue and to see if there was a new research area for TauT.Entities:
