Abstract
We present the case of a two-week-old infant with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) and Pallister-Killian mosaic syndrome (PKS) for CDH repair. We discuss the pathophysiologic findings of both conditions and the resulting anesthetic challenges from their interplay.Entities:
