Abstract
We report on an enhancing, heterogenous renal pelvis mass growing over 2 years which was found to be a benign hibernoma with inflammatory and lipomatous features originating from the renal hilum. To our knowledge, this is the first case reported on a hibernoma compressing on the renal pelvis and second case of a hibernoma with the inflammatory variant. Copyright: Larkin K, et al.Entities:
