Abstract
Background: Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is considered to be a mediator of carcinogenesis, which may be associated with liver cancer survival. However, the relationship remains inconclusive. Meta-analysis was conducted to analytically review the association between the lncRNA expression level and clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic value of hepatic carcinoma. Figure 2Forest plots for the relationship between the overexpressed lncRNA and OS. The center of each square represents the HR, the area of the square is the number of sample and the weight used in the meta-analysis, and the horizontal line indicates the 95%CI. CI indicates confidence interval; HR: hazard ratio.
