Abstract
Recent advances in Argonaute (Ago)-mediated biotechnology have provided new insights into the development of programmable and highly sensitive nucleic acid detection platforms. This study provides an overview of recent research on Ago-based nucleic acid detection. The potential applications of these emerging nucleic acid biosensors and the challenges associated with their use have been discussed.Entities:
