Abstract
(1) Background: Italy accounts for more than 150,000 deaths due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leading the top rank in SARS-CoV-2-caused deceases in Europe. A survey on the different ways by which the COVID-19 pandemic emergency was managed in the foreign European countries compared to Italy is the purpose of this paper. (2)Entities:

(1) on 1000 inhabitants; (2) A = (deaths/cases); B = (A × 1000); C = [(B × density)/1000]; D = (C + physicians). Highest score is the worst COVID-19 management. Category: 0–1 = 0; 2–3 = 1; 4–5 = 2; 6–7 = 3; 8–9 = 4; 10 and more = 5. A = is improving; B = is worsening.
