Abstract
BACKGROUND: Atrioventricular block (AVB) during pregnancy is rare. Case study for pregnancy with AVB have been reported but a consensus guideline for peripartum management has not been established. This study aimed to investigate cardiac and obstetric complications and outcomes in our pregnant women with AVB and share our management experience.Entities:

aOne patient with III° AVB did not install pacemaker before emergency cesarean section due to premature delivery and fetal distress. During the operation, isoproterenol was pumped (1 mg/50ml, 3 ml/h), and then the patient was transferred to cardiology department for pacemaker placement after the operation immediately
