Abstract
We report a case of lophomoniasis in a kidney post-transplantation patient. The patient, 46-year-old man, had pneumonia, acute sinusitis, and tonsillitis on admission. We recommend that lophomoniasis should be essentially ruled out in all patients suffering from post-transplantation infection, particularly in those who do not respond to routine antibiotic regimens.Entities:
