Abstract
Common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) is a primary immunodeficiency disease. We present a case of a patient with CVID complicated by rhinosinusitis with granulomatous inflammation. Treatment for this patient was challenging with regards recognition of the granulomatous manifestation as well as treatment in the setting immunodeficiency and was ultimately unsuccessful.Entities:
