Abstract
The management of pregnancy and delivery in patients with Glanzmann thrombasthenia requires platelet transfusion and recombinant activated factor VII. We report two successful pregnancies in a single patient and propose a protocol for monitoring and treatment. The urgent need for controlled trials and other epidemiological studies is also underscored.Entities:
