Abstract
We observed multisystem inflammatory syndrome in 2 older adults in the United States who had received mRNA coronavirus disease vaccine soon after natural infection. We identified 5 similar cases from the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System. The timing of vaccination soon after natural infection might have an adverse effect on the occurrence of vaccine-related systemic inflammatory disorders.Entities:
