Abstract
BALB/c mice were immunized with the crude fraction of boar acrosin. Immune spleen cells were fused with myeloma cells SP2/0-Ag14. One of the 6 hybridomas produced was cloned and characterized by ELISA and SDS-PAGE. Possible uses of the monoclonal antibody against acrosin for immunological detection of the amount of acrosin liberated after manipulations with spermatozoa and for selection of undamaged spermatozoa for insemination are discussed.Entities:
